Meet the practiceOwners move a company from one state to another for cost, for a court they prefer, or for a law they already understand. We watch that kind of move the way any owner would, and we still want the books to be readable before a new charter means anything. A clean state filing on top of a year that does not match the bank is a nicer letter on a messy file.
On this address the work is the three reports, the month they support, payday set up with the provider you already run, and the return prepared from a month that matches. The practice is in Dallas. Owners in any state join by video. The reports travel. The login does not have to.
When the month already matches, the call can stop. That is a finished reading. A stopped call is a real result.
We will name the last month the reconciliation supports. We will say whether the filed year profit and loss still agrees with the return. We will say if the statement files cover the open months or stop short. If a lender wants an audit, a review, or a compilation, we will say that signature belongs with a firm allowed to sign it, and we will say it before we ask for another file.
Payday stays with your provider. If setup is unfinished, that is a separate conversation, and it is still not a promise that we run the payroll. The questions page walks through the four things owners ask before they send anything.
The phone is +1 844-324-7273. It sits on every page. A street number is left off, and so is a mailbox. The form here and that phone land in the same practice.
The record of how the pages are made, and the line on what is not signed, is on disclosures. This page is the who. That page is the limit.
A sentence about the last month you trust is enough to start.
