What the call is for

A useful conversation is not rushed. The call asks for that kind of patience. Twenty minutes with the reconciliation, the filed year, and the statements you could gather. This page prints no price and runs no clock. Bring what you have. The company file can stay closed while the three reports are read.

Bring the reconciliation if you have it, the profit and loss for the year that was filed, and the statement files for the months after the last match. If one of those is sitting in a downloads folder from last spring, that older file is still useful. Say how old it is. We would rather start from a dated file than from a blank note.

If you cannot find any of the three, book the time anyway and say so in the note. The first minutes will be about which screen in the software holds the report, and the call can end there if the file is not ready. The form is a note. Paid work opens later, in a letter both sides sign, and that letter names the work.
